Whilst
Davie was locked in the room naked with the other 2 older lads, Sally
was taken through customs and passport control and met their waiting
parents and younger sister 12 year old Flora telling them what had
happened. Well the edited version at least that Davie was in custody
for smuggling cannabis. She gave her parents the papers she had been
given which stated a time for them to report to juvenile detention
Centre to see Davie and speak with the authorities. She left out the
naked part preferring to keep that secret between her and her very
little brother though she thought later she woukd give Flora the full
details!
Meanwhile the 3 naked boys were being transferred
to the detention center. Poor Davie was feeling cold, scared and
embarrassed by his nudity especially as the 2 boys with him were fully
developed emphasizing his lack of growth. The boys had introduced
themselves; the older lad was 17 named Sean and like Davie a foreigner
to the country whose parents lived and worked in the country. The other
boy Stefano was 15 from the country itself. He explained that in the
last year the government had introduced naked punishment including
caning for under 18s to curb a rise in juvenile delinquent behaviour!
The boys were transported by van to the centre where they were
processed, showered, and given prison clothing consisting of shorts and
t shirts and slip on footwear. Inside the centre there were about 50
boys aged between 13 and 17. The 3 of them were put in a room with a
bunk bed and a single bed. The other boys told Davie to take the top
bunk as he was the smallest. After dinner, they were locked in and left
for the night. The information imparted to Davie by the others only
increased his worries!
The next morning all the boys
showered a long line of naked boys waiting their turn , Davie could see
that he was clearly one of only a handful who were still boys, everyone
else sported hair and bigger willies. He knew enough of the language to
know guys were making comments!
Once dressed 4 boys were
taken to the court next door Davie, Sean and Stefano along with a
fourth boy 13 year old Muda were taken to the visitor room where all 4
met their fathers briefly before their court appearance. Davie was
relieved to see his Dad and couldn’t help but shed a tear as his father
gave him a hug and tried to reassure him. After listening to the boys
explanation, his father replied,
" Davie I’m not going to get
angry, now is not the time. You need to admit your guilt, say you are
profoundly sorry and hopefully you will get a light sentence. But you
do know they have been cracking down on bad boy behaviour recently. We
are here to support you, but you are going to have to be brave."
Shortly after their fathers left, an officer of the Court a stern
looking middle aged woman entered. They woukd be taken into Court
together and their cases dealt with one by one. All male juvenile
defendants under the new law appeared in front of the Magistrates
naked, so they had to strip now!
The 3 other boys were not
shocked by this statement, but Davie was horrified, he knew his mum dad
and sisters were in the court room. But he had no choice and soon stood
there naked with the other 3 boys. Muda looked at him and asked how old
he was, " you look about 11! " he laughed when Davie said his actual
age.
The boys were led into the Court which was pretty full
not just with families but other people including lawyers, youth
officers, social workers and reporters! They were lined up standing to
the side hands behind back their nudity on show to all.
Sally and Flora were amazed at the sight when the boys walked in. Sally
couldn’t help but smile and Flora was wide eyed looking at the willies.
She had never seen developed boys before, how exciting this was. Her
brother was tiny compared to the others. Flora at 12 was already
developing and secretly enjoyed seeing that her brother was now behind
her!
The magistrates entered; there were 3 of them 2 women
and a man. The chair was a younger woman who looked very serious. Davie
felt really worried what punishment he’d be given.
The two
older boys who were not first time offenders were dealt with swiftly
with short term imprisonment sentences! There were marched out of the
courtroom still naked.
Muda was next up and the court heard
he had been skipping school, drinking and then whilst under the
influence had started throwing stones smashing some windows at the
school . Such behaviour was of course completely unacceptable. He was
sentenced to 15 days (3 weeks) of Summer Cadet programme and a 6 stroke
caning at the school . He would be released but until the session ended
he had to return naked to his place. Flora caught his eye, had a good
look and smiled sweetly at him.
Davie was the last to be dealt with and he was asked by the chief magistrate who could speak English to explain himself.
He did as his father advised and said how sorry he was. The Magistrate
nodded then looked at her paperwork, and then back at the naked boy and
asked clearly questioning the accuracy of the papers,
"How old are you?"
"I’m 14 Miss" Davie dutifully replied.
"Not yet developed yet I see, clearly you have a lot of growing up to do physically and in maturity! "
Davie blushed beet red as his insignificant willy was pointed out to
everyone in the court. He saw Muda smirk as only a 13 year old can at
an older boy he has overtaken in the maturity stakes!
The chief spoke with her colleagues and then turned her attention back to the boy,
"Brining drugs into this country is strictly forbidden ,indeed large
scale drug smugglers can be sentenced to death! Of course you don’t fit
into that category but nevertheless we take it seriously. I understand
you are back here for 6 weeks before returning to school. You are
therefore sentenced to 10 days (2 weeks) of the summer cadet programme
and you will accompany Muda here tomorrow to the school where you too
will be caned. I’m sure the combination of the punishments will make
you think twice about repeating your actions. "
She
signalled for the boys to be taken away, and the court session closed.
To the rear of the court the boys were able to get dressed and were
given instructions for the next day. Muda had heard that the Cadet
programme was a tough harsh course, but what neither of them realised
or knew was that the Cadets and the canings were carried out fully
naked. Davie’s humiliations were only just beginning.
Back
reunited with his family Davie was driven home, silently brooding in
the back seat alongside his sisters who despite caring for their
brother could not quite prevent a smile appearing as they reflected on
his display of full nudity in court!
