First
of all, I would like to thank Andrey for giving me the courage to
publish my story and for helping me do so. And I would also like to
thank Steam Train for all the proofreading work he did and the time he
spent on it. Thank you both
Four months ago, I stood at the
center of the gymnasium beneath a gaudy paper chandelier, sweat tracing
the line where my borrowed tuxedo met my neck. I tried to play it cool,
but the crackling speakers—always on the verge of feedback—made my
hands clench into fists at my sides. The vice-principal announced,
“Your King of the Ball, ladies and gentlemen, the one and only, the
inimitable—Trent Roussel!” The crowd clapped in fits and bursts, the
noise bouncing off crepe paper walls. I walked the makeshift aisle,
bowing stiffly as the junior girls giggled. Someone whistled, “Go,
Trent!” Across the gym, every boy not currently eating from a plastic
cup of Sprite or tonguing his braces eyed me with something like envy.
And if I’m honest, I loved it—loved the way the spotlight hit my
perfectly gelled blond quiff, the way the rented Brooks Brothers blazer
didn’t quite hide the wild blue of my eyes, the way even the teachers
seemed to nod, See? This is what a boy should look like. I grinned for
photos. I pretended not to notice the principal’s wife staring at me as
I stepped up to the stage, ankle bones humming with the music’s low
drone. The crown was plastic, but weighted—a tiny temporary sun. For a
moment, everything that would happen after felt impossible. I almost
believed I could stay like this forever.
Now: I am backstage of
a lesser hall, squat and crumbling, waiting for the start of the Camp
Talent Show. I stand exposed, nothing but a collar and red wristband
marking me as property, my scalp bristling with a week-old buzz cut. My
nearly prepubescent hairless body betrays me—tiny penis and balls on
display for anyone to mock. My back throbs crimson from Brad's latest
punishment. The king of the ball from last semester has vanished; only
this pathetic, humiliated boy remains.. My knees are purpled from
crawling and my skin smells of some cheap soap used in common sanitary
facilities. A single bulb in the wings throws a white dent of light
onto the floor—and I kneel in its sickly glow, shivering. I try to keep
my back straight, my head up as instructed, but every time I shift the
open air pinches the places where the last round of “discipline” never
fully scabbed. From the main room the voices of campers meld with the
squeals of folding chairs dragged across linoleum. The crowd is
restless, hungry for spectacle.
A microphone squeals, sending feedback through the speakers. The audience noise settles as the camp director clears his throat.
"Good
evening, campers and counselors! Welcome to Camp Sunshine's annual
talent show!" Applause erupts, thunderous in the confined space. I
flinch at the sound.
"We have an exciting lineup tonight," the
director continues. "Singing, magic tricks, comedy—our campers have
been working hard to entertain you!" Brad's hand returns to my
shoulder, his fingers tracing the edge of my collar in a casual gesture
that sends chills down my spine.
"First up," the director
announces, "Cabin Pine with their group song!" More applause. Brad
leans close again. “Three acts before you," he whispers. "Then it's
showtime." I nod mechanically. The first group takes the stage—young
boys singing a camp song with enthusiasm if not skill. Their voices
fade into background noise as my mind races, searching desperately for
escape. But there is none. The photos Brad took of my naked body ensure
my compliance. The thought of my entire school seeing them, of Jeremy
seeing them... realising that I am still a bald little boy… I cannot
bear it. Better this temporary humiliation than a permanent record of
my shame distributed to everyone I know.
The first act finishes.
Then the second—a girl playing flute. Then a magic show. Each
performance bringing me closer to the edge.
Beyond the curtain,
bench legs scrape against the floor, a symphony of anticipation.
Children laugh, their high voices cutting through the general murmur.
Counselors call for order, their authoritative tones momentarily
silencing sections of the crowd before the noise swells again. Each
sound drives my heart faster, a panicked animal in the cage of my
chest. The applause rolls over me, huge and hollow, a wave that doesn’t
lift but drowns. The makeshift auditorium buzzes with voices beyond -
hundreds of them, gathering like vultures for the feast of my final
degradation. My collar sits tight against my throat, its leather now
familiar against my skin, a constant reminder of what I've become. My
thoughts flicker and die like candles in a storm; I can no longer
remember who I was before this week. The wooden floor beneath my bare
feet feels rough, splinters threatening with each subtle shift of
weight. My shaved head catches even the dimmest light, a beacon of
shame I can feel without seeing. When I raise my fingers to touch it,
the stubble scrapes against my palm - still unfamiliar, still wrong.
The red discipline band on my wrist glows like a wound in the
half-dark. “
“Almost time," Brad whispers from behind me, his
hand settling on my shoulder with false companionship. "You're going to
do great, Trent. Everyone's excited to see your performance." His
fingers dig into my flesh, their meaning clear beneath the encouraging
tone. I nod, unable to form words. My tongue feels swollen in my mouth,
useless as my will to resist. “Remember everything we practiced," Brad
says, his voice dripping with false care. "The song, the dance moves.
It's all very simple." He leans closer, his breath hot against my ear.
"And remember what happens if you don't perform exactly as we
discussed. Those nude photos of you go to everyone. Your school. Your
precious friend Jeremy. Your girlfriend!” I swallow hard, the collar
shifting with the movement. "I remember."
“Good boy," Brad says,
patting my bare back. "And keep your hands at your sides the whole
time. No covering yourself. They need to see all of you—exactly as you
are." His eyes travel down my naked body, lingering on my exposed tiny
hairless genitals. "Or rather, what you aren't."
Alex appears beside
him, grinning in the dim light. "He looks terrified," he observes, not
bothering to address me directly. "Think he'll cry on stage?" Brad
shrugs. "Probably. Little boys always do."
Little boys always
do. The words echo in my hollow chest. I guess I am not the first.
There were probably others before me—other boys reduced to this, other
lives shattered for others entertainment. I wonder where those boys are
now, whether they ever pieced themselves back together after leaving
this place. I cannot imagine a future beyond this moment, beyond this
stage and the humiliation awaiting me.
Brad stands over me, arms
folded. “You're on next —you'll be the star of the show.,” he whispers,
toxic sweetness bending my name into something poisonous. He runs his
palm over my head, flattening stray stubble with a hard caress.
“Remember your words. If you mess up the song, they’ll laugh even
harder.” He steps away, but the shadow of his hand lingers. “Almost
time," Brad whispers from behind me, his hand settling on my shoulder
with false companionship. "You're going to do great, Trent. Everyone's
excited to see your performance." His fingers dig into my flesh, their
meaning clear beneath the encouraging tone. I nod, unable to form
words. My tongue feels swollen in my mouth, useless as my will to
resist.
"Next up," the director's voice booms, "We have a
special solo performance! Trent Roussel from the green wrist band age
group will be performing a nursery song with full choreography! Let's
give him a big hand!" Applause ripples through the audience, expectant
and curious. My legs turn to water beneath me.
"Now," Brad
hisses, shoving me forward. "Smile. And remember what's at stake." I
stumble toward the curtain, my body moving on instinct while my mind
screams in protest. The red discipline band feels like it's burning
into my wrist, branding me. Brad's final words follow me as I step
through the parting fabric. “Don't disappoint us, Trent. Or tomorrow
will make this look like nothing."
The spotlight hits me like a
physical blow. Harsh white light exposes every inch of my nakedness—my
shaved head, my collared neck, my bare chest, my bald exposed genitals,
my trembling legs. For a moment, there's silence—a collective intake of
breath as the audience processes what they're seeing. The audience
shifts in the raked seats, a sea of anonymous faces, their eyes
reflecting back the glare of the stage lights like a thousand pinpoint
lasers. The glare bounces off the polished floor, outlining my shadow
in sharp relief against the curtain as if to make doubly sure I can’t
hide. Someone in the front row raises a phone, the blue screen
illuminating their face and catching the tears on my chin before I can
wipe them away. A naked teenage boy. Collared. Shaved. Standing before
them like an offering. My hands twitch at my sides, every instinct
screaming to cover myself. Brad's warning echoes in my mind: hands at
your sides, no covering, or the naked photos of me go out. I force my
arms to remain straight, palms pressed against my thighs as I face the
audience. Their faces blur in the harsh light—younger children in the
front rows, teenagers behind them, counselors along the sides. All
staring. All seeing me—truly seeing what I've become. Not the varsity
athlete who arrived at camp less than a week ago, but this broken,
naked little boy with a collar around its neck.
The silence
stretches, an eternity compressed into seconds. Then comes the ripple
of whispers, a few nervous laughs, a gasp or two. Someone whispers
loudly, "Why is he naked?" A child's voice answers, "He has the red
band—discipline case!"
I stand frozen in the spotlight, exposed
and vulnerable, awaiting the cue for my music. My heart pounds so hard
I fear it might burst through my chest. The collar feels tighter than
ever, choking off my breath, but I don't dare adjust it. Beyond the
blinding light, I sense Brad watching, waiting for my complete
surrender to this final humiliation. And somehow, despite everything, I
still feel shame. I thought I had nothing left to lose, that they'd
stripped me of everything. But here, under this merciless light, before
hundreds of eyes, I discover there are still depths to which I can
fall. Still pieces of me that can be broken.
The music begins. A
cheerful, bouncy tune meant for kindergarteners, not a
fourteen-year-old boy. My mouth opens automatically as the first notes
spill from the speakers, my voice emerging surprisingly steady. "I am a
little baby dog, so small and not grown up," I sing, the words Brad
wrote burning my tongue like acid. My arms extend outward, then bend at
the elbows in the first of many choreographed movements designed to
maximize my exposure. The collar around my neck suddenly feels like it
weighs a hundred pounds. “I wear my collar proudly, because I'm still a
pup," I continue, my fingers touching the leather band around my throat
as instructed. The spotlight burns against my skin, hot and
unforgiving. Sweat already beads on my forehead, trickling down my
temples, but I don't dare wipe it away. Brad's choreography allows for
no unplanned movements. The wooden stage floor presses rough against my
bare feet as I begin the little circular prance that accompanies the
chorus. "Bow-wow, bow-wow, I'm just a baby still. Bow-wow, bow-wow, I
do my master's will." Each bouncing step emphasizes my nakedness, my
exposed genitals visible to everyone in the audience, and when I turn,
my red, welted backside on full display as well. The movements force my
body to jiggle and sway in ways that draw attention to my undeveloped
form.
In the front rows, younger children point and giggle,
their innocent eyes wide with confusion and amusement. Behind them,
older campers have differing reactions, some shift uncomfortably in
their seats, some whisper behind cupped hands, some openly smirk,
others look anywhere but at me. Along the sides, counselors exchange
glances, their expressions ranging from discomfort, to concern, to
barely concealed disgust. One woman whispers urgently to another, but
neither moves to stop the performance.
I spin in a circle, arms
outstretched as the choreography demands. "Despite my age, I haven't
grown my fur yet, I'm smooth like a little boy.” I sing, the lyrics
growing more pointed, more humiliating. My voice remains steady through
some miracle or curse—perhaps my mind has disconnected from my mouth,
allowing it to form these terrible words without faltering. The
spotlight follows me as I move across the stage, its heat intense on my
shaved head. Sweat runs down my spine now, tracing the curve of my back
like unwanted fingers. The stage feels endless beneath my feet, a vast
expanse of exposure with nowhere to hide. “My master keeps me naked, I
am his special toy." The words fall from my lips like stones, heavy
with meaning that the youngest audience members might miss but the
older ones certainly don't. A teenage girl in the back row covers her
mouth, her eyes wide above her fingers. A counselor near the exit door
stands, then sits again after a whispered conversation with his
colleague.
I drop to all fours for the next verse, the position
now sickeningly familiar after days of being forced to act like a dog.
The wood scrapes against my knees and palms as I crawl in a circle, my
movements jerky and mechanical, knees spread wide with each forward
motion, my backside lifting and dipping with every shift of weightcrawl
in a circle, my movements jerky and mechanical, knees spread wide with
each forward motion, my backside lifting and dipping with every shift
of weight, exposing my hole to the cool air behind me. "I crawl around
on all fours, I never stand up tall. I'm not grown up like big dogs,
I'm barely there at all." My voice remains steady, but inside,
something continues to fracture. I feel myself splitting—the body
performing on stage becoming increasingly distant from whatever remains
of my true self. That part of me retreats further with each note, each
movement, hiding in some dark corner of my mind where even Brad cannot
reach.
The chorus returns, and I rise to my feet again, resuming
the bouncing prance that makes my body jiggle and sway. "Bow-wow,
bow-wow, I'm just a baby still. Bow-wow, bow-wow, I do my master's
will." My arms move through the choreographed motions—reaching up, then
out, then down in ways that ensure every inch of my naked body is
displayed from different angles. A bead of sweat drips from my chin
onto my chest, tracing a path downward. I focus on its journey, trying
to lose myself in this tiny detail rather than acknowledge the hundreds
of eyes fixed upon me. The spotlight's heat intensifies as if sensing
my attempt at mental escape. It pins me in place, exposing not just my
body but something deeper—the broken thing I've become. “I eat from
little bowls, I sleep upon the floor," I continue, my voice beginning
to strain slightly as my throat tightens with unshed tears. "My collar
tells everyone that I'll be small forevermore." My fingers touch the
leather band again, drawing attention to this symbol of my complete
subjugation. The movements grow increasingly difficult as my body
tires, as shame weighs down each limb. My arms feel leaden as I raise
them above my head, then bring them down in sweeping arcs that end with
my hands splayed against my thighs. The choreography is designed to
exhaust as well as humiliate—to ensure that by the end, I'll barely be
able to stand, let alone maintain any dignity.
In the audience,
the reactions continue to shift. The initial shock has worn off for
some, replaced by uncomfortable fascination. Others look away entirely
now, unable to witness this public breaking of a human being. A younger
boy asks his counselor a question, too quietly for me to hear, but the
adult's pained expression tells me enough.
"I never will grow
bigger, I'll always be this small," I sing, the words catching slightly
in my throat. My voice cracks on "small," the sound high and childlike,
betraying me further. There's a ripple of nervous laughter from the
audience, quickly hushed. I force myself to continue, my movements
becoming more robotic with each passing second. My mind retreats
further, watching my body from some distant vantage point as it
performs these degrading actions. The spotlight follows relentlessly,
allowing no shadow, no moment of reprieve. “My master keeps me naked so
everyone can see," I sing, the words almost whispered now as my voice
threatens to fail completely. "This little baby doggy is what I'll
always be."
The final chorus approaches, and I gather what
remains of my strength for the grand finale Brad insisted upon.
"Bow-wow, bow-wow, I'm just a baby still." I spin in a complete circle,
arms extended. "Bow-wow, bow-wow, I do my master's will." I drop to my
knees, the impact sending sharp pain through my legs, then rise again
in a fluid motion that Brad made me practice until my muscles screamed.
The stage floor feels unsteady beneath my feet, as if it might give way
at any moment. Or perhaps it's my legs that are unsteady, trembling
with exhaustion and shame. The spotlight blurs as tears threaten at the
corners of my eyes. I blink them back desperately—crying would only
extend this nightmare, give Brad more ammunition. “I am a little baby
dog," I repeat, the song reaching its conclusion. "So small and not
grown up." My voice breaks again on the final words, the sound
childlike and fragile in the silent auditorium. For the final movement,
I'm required to turn in a slow circle, arms extended outward, putting
my entire body on display one last time. I rotate mechanically, facing
each section of the audience in turn. From somewhere in the shadows
beyond the spotlight, I feel Brad watching, measuring my compliance,
assessing whether I've humiliated myself thoroughly enough to satisfy
him. The music fades, leaving me standing center stage in complete
silence. The spotlight holds me in its merciless grip for three more
eternal seconds before the polite, uncomfortable applause begins. It's
scattered at first, then grows as people realize the performance is
truly over. Whether they're applauding my act or simply relieved it's
finished, I cannot tell.
I stand motionless, naked and exposed
under the harsh light, waiting for permission to leave the stage. Sweat
covers my body now, making my skin glisten under the spotlight. My
chest heaves with each breath, the collar shifting slightly against my
damp throat. The red discipline band on my wrist seems to pulse with my
racing heartbeat. And still, I wait, unable to move until Brad allows
it, my final act of submission playing out before hundreds of
witnesses. The applause feels like tiny needles against my skin as I
stand frozen under the spotlight, waiting. I hear myself breathing in
short, panicked gasps. My throat tightens, my chest constricts. When
the camp director steps onto the stage beside me, his hand hovering
uncertainly near my bare shoulder, something breaks inside me. He asks
if I'd like to do an encore. The question strikes me as so absurd that
a high, childish giggle escapes my lips before I can stop it. “I think
that means yes, folks!" the director announces, misinterpreting my
breakdown as enthusiasm. "Let's hear it once more for Trent!"
The
music begins again. My legs move automatically, muscle memory taking
over where conscious thought has abandoned me. But when I open my mouth
to sing, what emerges isn't my voice—it's higher, thinner, a child's
voice I don't recognize. “I am a little baby dog," I squeak, the sound
breaking on "dog" just like a prepubescent boy. The audience's reaction
is immediate—ripples of laughter spread from the front rows backward,
mingled with gasps and murmurs. I continue dancing, my movements wooden
but precise. Brad's training holds even as my mind unravels. Arms
extended, spin, knees bent, back arched. Each position carefully
designed to display my naked body from every angle. My voice remains
trapped in this higher register, making the infantile lyrics sound even
more appropriate, even more humiliating. “I wear my collar proudly,
because I'm still a pup." The words emerge in this strange, childish
voice, cracking and wavering. Something warm stirs low in my abdomen—a
familiar, unwanted sensation that sends panic coursing through me. No!
Not here! Not now! Please, not this. But my body betrays me as it has
every day since Brad took control. I feel blood rushing, swelling, the
physical response impossible to hide on my exposed body. The
choreography forces me to turn in a circle, giving the entire audience
a view of my developing arousal. The spotlight seems to intensify,
focusing cruelly on my shame. “Bow-wow, bow-wow, I'm just a baby
still," I sing in that broken, childish voice. The stirring becomes
unmistakable, my unwanted erection rising despite my desperate mental
pleas. A group of teenage boys in the middle rows point and snicker. A
counselor stands abruptly, moving toward the exit. Parents with younger
children begin to shift uncomfortably, some covering their children's
eyes, others simply staring in horrified fascination.
My dance
continues mechanically, each movement heightening my exposure. The
bouncing steps of the chorus make my erection bob obscenely. Tears blur
my vision, but I blink them away, knowing that crying will only add to
Brad's satisfaction. My feet move across the rough wood of the stage,
each step bringing fresh awareness of my complete vulnerability. “I
haven't grown my fur yet, I'm smooth like a little boy," I continue,
the lyrics now sickeningly appropriate as my hairless, exposed body
betrays me further. My throbbing juvenile erection stands fully rigid
now, small but impossible to ignore, impossible to hide. Laughter
erupts from a section of older campers, pointed and cruel. Others sit
in stunned silence. The camp director stands at the edge of the stage,
his expression locked in a rictus of discomfort, clearly uncertain
whether to stop the performance. In the spotlight's glare, I can't see
Brad in the wings, but I feel his presence—his satisfaction at my
complete degradation.
I drop to all fours as the choreography
demands, my erection now hanging beneath me, visible to the front rows.
A child asks loudly, "Why is his peepee like that?" The question hangs
in the air, unanswered but heard by everyone. Fresh heat floods my
face, my chest, my entire body. Rising again for the next move, I feel
something worse—a familiar warm wetness at my tip. I glance down in
horror to confirm what I already know: clear fluid has begun to leak
from me, catching the light as it threatens to drip onto the stage. The
ultimate betrayal of my body, the final evidence that some twisted part
of me is responding to this humiliation. “My master keeps me naked, I
am his special toy." The lyrics take on new meaning with my visible
arousal, and the audience's reaction shifts again. Uncomfortable
murmurs spread throughout the auditorium. A group of counselors confer
in urgent whispers. But no one steps forward. No one stops this.
I
continue the dance, each movement making my condition more obvious. The
fluid increases, a drop finally falling to the stage floor with a tiny
splash that sounds deafening to my ears. My childlike voice squeaks
through the chorus again, the sound barely recognizable as human.
In
the audience, a clear division has formed. Some laugh openly at my
humiliation, pointing and whispering. Others look away, embarrassed or
disgusted. A few stare with expressions I can't decipher—pity, perhaps,
or something darker. But all of them see me. All of them witness this
final stripping away of whatever remained of my dignity. “I eat from
little bowls, I sleep upon the floor," I continue, my movements growing
more frantic as I approach the song's end. More fluid leaks from my
throbbing erection with each bouncing step, small droplets spattering
the stage. The evidence of my almost prepubescent body's betrayal is
undeniable, illuminated by the merciless spotlight.
I need to
escape. The song isn't finished, but I can't bear another second under
these stares, this light, this exposure. Brad will punish me later, but
anything would be better than this moment. I force my mouth to form the
final chorus, rushing through the words at double speed. "Bow-wow,
bow-wow, I'm just a baby still. Bow-wow, bow-wow, I do my master's
will." Without completing the final verse, I raise my hand in a jerky
salute to the audience, then turn and flee toward the wings. My
erection bobs with each step, still leaking, still betraying me to the
last possible moment. The audience's reaction is a confused mixture of
tentative applause, nervous laughter, and relieved sighs. I stumble
into the darkness backstage, directly into Brad's waiting presence. He
stands with Alex beside him, both watching my approach with identical
smiles of cruel satisfaction.
"Didn't finish the song," Brad
observes, his voice deceptively mild. "That's disappointing." I stand
before them, naked, erect, leaking, trembling. Words fail me
completely. My breath comes in short, sharp gasps that might be sobs if
I still remembered how to cry.
“But look at this," Alex says,
pointing at my persistent arousal. "He loved it. Got all excited
showing everyone what a baby dog he is."
Brad circles me, inspecting
my condition with clinical detachment. "Dripping everywhere too. What a
mess." He reaches out, dragging one finger through the wetness at my
tip, then holds it up to the dim backstage light. "Evidence doesn't
lie, Trent. Your body knows what it is, even if your mind won't admit
it." I shake my head, a feeble denial that neither of them acknowledges.
"Did
you hear his voice?" Alex asks, laughter bubbling beneath his words.
"Squeaking like a real puppy. Couldn't even sing in his normal voice."
"Yes,"
Brad says, his satisfaction complete. "Everyone heard it. Everyone saw
him. Everyone now knows exactly how much of a little boy you are." He
leans close, his breath hot against my ear. "A little baby dog who gets
excited when people see him naked. Just like we taught you." The words
land like physical blows. I sink to my knees, unable to stand any
longer. My erection remains, persisting despite my shame, despite my
mental collapse.
"Please," I whisper, the word barely audible. "Please stop."
Brad's hand settles on my shaved head, fingers gripping the short stubble. "Stop? We're just getting started, Trent.
Alex laughs. "We could bring a bowl of water for you to lap up on stage. Show everyone how good a dog you've become."
Brad's
fingers tighten in my hair, forcing my head back until I'm looking up
at him. "By the time you finish up here at camp next week, there won't
be anything left of the boy who arrived. Just our well-trained pet."
The
truth of his words washes over me in a cold wave. He's right. There's
nothing left of me now—nothing that resembles the person who arrived at
Camp Sunshine just days ago. That boy is gone, erased completely by
this systematic humiliation. In that boys place kneels this naked,
shaved, collared creature with fluid dripping from its persistent
erection and tears finally breaking free to stream down its face. Not a
boy. Not a person. Just a thing—a Brad's thing—to be used and displayed
for others' amusement. As I kneel there in the darkness, surrounded by
their laughter, I realize that tomorrow holds no terror for me anymore.
Not because I've found courage, but because there's nothing left to
break.
Chapter 10
Morning
comes like a curse, unavoidable and cruel. I lie on my bunk, memories
of last night's talent show burning through my mind like acid. My tears
have dried, leaving salty trails down my hollow cheeks. How could I
have done that? The question loops endlessly as I stare at the cabin
ceiling. All those people watching me break down, naked and sobbing on
stage. The memory makes my stomach clench with fresh waves of shame—a
living thing nestled in my chest, feeding on whatever scraps of dignity
I have left.
Brad moves about the cabin, already dressed, his
shadow falling across my naked body when he passes. “Get up," he says,
nudging my ribs with his foot. "Breakfast time, then the clubhouse."
I
don't move, can't move. The thought of facing anyone after what
happened last night turns my limbs to stone. Everyone saw. Everyone
watched as I broke down on stage, naked and humiliated, performing that
childish song until my voice shattered and tears streamed down my face.
The collar now temporarily removed and hidden under my pillow so my
parents won't notice at breakfast. “I said get up." Brad's voice
hardens, the playful cruelty replaced by something colder. He leans
down, mouth close to my ear. "Or do you want to see how creative I can
get with punishment?" My body obeys before my mind can protest. I rise
mechanically, muscles aching from yesterday's humiliations. The morning
air raises goosebumps on my skin, but I'm no longer permitted to feel
cold, to acknowledge discomfort. Such privileges belong to people, not
to whatever I have become.
"We're going to the green bracelet
clubhouse after breakfast," Brad announces, watching me stand naked
before him. "All the kids our age will be there." My stomach drops. The
green bracelet clubhouse—where fourteen to sixteen-year-olds gather
during free hours. A place where, three days ago, I might have gone
willingly, might have belonged. Now the thought fills me with dread.
“Please," I whisper, the word scraped raw from my throat. "Not there."
Brad's smile doesn't reach his eyes. "After your performance last
night? Everyone's expecting you." He laughs, a sharp bark that makes me
flinch. "Chad says he's bringing a Sharpie so you can sign autographs.
You're the camp celebrity now—'I'm a Little doggy' guy." His voice
rises in a mocking falsetto as he mimics my singing, then breaks into
laughter again. “Some of the guys at the clubhouse are already
practicing their doggy poses."
Breakfast passes in a blur of
sidelong glances and whispered comments. I kneel beside Brad's chair,
eating from a bowl on the floor as he's trained me to do. The indignity
barely registers anymore—one small humiliation lost in an ocean of
shame. After eating, Brad makes me put on my collar and then leads me
across the camp grounds toward the green bracelet clubhouse. Other
teenagers walk the same path, their bodies mercifully clothed in
t-shirts and shorts. Only I walk naked, my shaved head and collar
marking me as different, as less than them.
"Remember," Brad says as we approach the wooden building, "You wanted this. This was all your idea."
The
lie is so enormous it should block out the sun, yet somehow it fits
inside me, nestling alongside truth until I can no longer tell them
apart. Did I want this? Did some part of me invite this destruction?
The clubhouse door looms before us. Brad opens it without hesitation,
pushing me forward into the light. Conversation stops the moment I
enter. Twenty pairs of eyes turn toward me, widening in recognition. My
naked body draws every gaze in the room—my once-proud athlete's frame
now betrayed by visible ribs that cast thin shadows across my torso
when I breathe. My muscular legs, built from years of soccer practice,
suddenly feel awkward and ungainly beneath me, like stilts I've
forgotten how to balance on. Despite being fourteen, my smooth exposed
pubic area remains stubbornly bald, a pale blank canvas surrounded by a
room full of developing teenagers. This humiliating testament to my
delayed development makes me feel like a child who wandered into the
wrong place. My penis, already small in its flaccid state, visibly
shrinks under their collective scrutiny, the pink tip retreating
against my body as if sensing the predatory attention, leaving only a
wrinkled nub pressed against my tight equally wrinkled scrotum. For one
suspended moment that stretches like taffy, complete silence
reigns—then laughter erupts from twenty throats at once, sharp and
cutting as broken glass.
"It's the doggy boy!"
"Look who decided to show his face—and everything else!"
"Encore performance?"
Their
voices overlap, a chorus of mockery directed solely at me. Brad steps
past, leaving me exposed in the doorway as he joins a group of boys
lounging on worn sofas. Alex is there, along with Dean and Carl—the
audience to my week of degradation now expanded to include my peers. I
stand frozen, unable to retreat, unable to advance. The red discipline
band on my wrist seems to pulse with each beat of my heart, announcing
my status to everyone present. Unlike every other teenager in the room,
I alone stand naked, stripped of both clothes and dignity.
"Come
here, Trent," Brad calls, patting the floor beside his chair. Not an
empty seat—the floor. Where pets belong. I move forward on wooden legs,
each step an eternity of exposure. The floor creaks beneath my bare
feet. Conversations resume but with a new undercurrent of amusement,
all directed at me. Girls whisper behind their hands, eyes darting to
my bald shame between my legs, before looking quickly away. Boys are
less subtle, pointing and snickering openly.
"That was quite a
show last night," a girl says as I pass, her voice pitched deliberately
to carry. "I didn't realize we had kindergarteners at camp."
"Not a kindergartener," her friend corrects with exaggerated patience. "A teapot."
Fresh
laughter cascades around me. I reach Brad and sink to the floor beside
his chair, drawing my knees to my chest in a futile attempt to shield
myself from their stares.
"No hiding," Brad whispers, nudging me with his foot. "Sit properly."
I
uncurl slowly, sitting cross-legged on the hard floor, exposure
complete. The collar feels tighter somehow, more visible under the
harsh fluorescent lights of the clubhouse.
"Did you cry all night after your performance?" a boy calls from across the room. "Or did you save some tears for today?"
"Leave him some dignity," another boy responds, voice dripping with mock concern. "Oh wait—too late for that."
I
stare at the floor, counting the knots in the wooden planks, trying to
find patterns in the grain. Anything to escape this moment, this
reality where I've become nothing but a joke to people who might once
have been my friends.
"You know what the funniest part was?" a girl says loudly, addressing the room. "When his voice cracked on the high note.“
"Nah,
the best part was the little dance moves," a boy counters, standing to
demonstrate an exaggerated version of my choreographed movements. "All
bent over like that, showing everyone everything."
My face burns
with fresh shame. I can feel Brad watching me, savoring each new layer
of humiliation. This is exactly what he wanted—my complete degradation,
witnessed and reinforced by my peers.
"He used to be team
captain back at school," Brad announces conversationally. "Star
athlete, popular guy, before his bald little secret was exposed. Bet
you wouldn't know it looking at him now." The contrast hangs in the
air—who I was versus what I've become. The memory of my former self
feels like a story about someone else, a character in a book I once
read. That confident boy who signed yearbooks as varsity captain, who
had freshman girls trailing after him in admiring groups—he no longer
exists. In his place sits this hollow shell with a collar and a shaved
head, totally naked on the floor while clothed teenagers laugh at his
shame. I close my eyes briefly, seeking escape within darkness. But
even there, I find no refuge. Behind my eyelids, I see only reflections
of my fall—fragments of what once was, shattered beyond repair.
The
clubhouse becomes unbearable as morning stretches into afternoon. Brad
finally rises, stretching like a satisfied cat, and announces to his
friends that it's time for "fresh entertainment." His hand finds my
collar, fingers hooking beneath the leather as he pulls me to my feet.
Alex and the others follow, a pack falling into formation behind their
leader. I stumble along, legs numb from sitting on the hard floor for
hours, as we emerge into the sunlight and turn toward the lakeshore.
Ahead, I see a group of young children playing in the sand—boys of five
or six, all naked per camp rules, their innocence a mockery of my
exposure.
"Perfect," Brad murmurs, his eyes glinting with fresh
malice. "Just what I was hoping for." Alex leans forward, voice low but
eager. "What are you thinking?"
“Our friend Trent is going to
help the little ones build sandcastles," Brad answers, his smile
spreading slow and terrible. "They could use an extra hand—or four."
The implication registers immediately, a fresh wave of dread washing
through me. I slow my steps, but Dean's hand lands firm between my
shoulder blades, pushing me forward. We approach the children, who look
up with curious eyes. They kneel in damp sand, small hands busy with
plastic buckets and shovels, their naked bodies unselfconscious in the
afternoon sun. A young counselor sits nearby, half-watching as she
reads a book.
"Hey kids," Brad calls, his voice transformed into
something warm and friendly. "My cousin Trent here wants to help you
build sandcastles. Would that be okay?" Their small faces light up,
eager for a new playmate. They nod enthusiastically, waving us closer
with sand-covered hands. I remain frozen until Brad's fingers dig into
my shoulder. “Down," he whispers, his breath hot against my ear. "On
all fours. Like the dog you are." I hesitate, the last fragment of my
dignity resisting this fresh humiliation. To be naked is one thing—all
males without pubic hairs at camp must be naked. But to crawl on hands
and knees before these children, to present my exposed buttocks and
bald genitals to anyone passing by—this crosses a new threshold of
shame.
"Now," Brad hisses, "Or I'll tell the counselor you were
touching yourself while watching these kids. Imagine how that will go
over." The threat slices through my resistance like a hot knife. I sink
slowly to my knees, then place my palms flat against the wet sand. My
elbows lock, my back forming a bridge, my most private areas completely
exposed to the open air. The sand is cool and damp against my hands and
knees, gritty particles already working into my skin. “Perfect," Brad
says loudly. "Now kids, Trent is going to be your special helper today.
You can build right on his back if you want." The children gather
around me, their small bodies circling my larger one with innocent
curiosity. One boy stands directly in front of me, his head tilted as
he studies my face. Why are you naked?" he asks, his voice clear and
direct in the way only children can manage. "You're much bigger than
us."
I open my mouth, but no words emerge. How do I explain this
to a child? How do I describe my degradation in terms he would
understand?
Brad steps forward smoothly. "Trent is what is
called a late bloomer," he explains, his tone educational. "Some boys
develop more slowly than others. So even though he's fourteen, his body
is still like yours in many ways. Trent, why don't you explain to the
nice children why you're a late bloomer?" Brad says, voice carrying
clearly.
I swallow hard, the collar seeming to tighten around my
throat. "I—I haven't grown up as fast as other boys my age," I manage,
the words scraping my throat raw. "My body is... still developing, I’m
still really a little boy."
"Like me?" asks a small boy, standing proudly with his hands on his hips.
"Yes," I whisper. "Like you."
The boy nods, processing this information with solemn concentration. "So he has to follow the same rules as us little kids?"
"Exactly right," Brad confirms.
Another
boy circles around to my rear, his small face appearing upside-down as
he bends to look at me from behind. "He doesn't have any hair
anywhere," he announces to his friends. "Just like us!" Laughter erupts
from Brad's group, poorly disguised as coughs. The children, not
understanding the cruel humor, join in with their own innocent giggles.
"No pubic hair, no clothes." explains Brad.
Satisfied with this
explanation, the children turn their attention to the practical
benefits of my presence. One climbs onto my back, his small weight
surprising in its solidity. Another begins piling wet sand on my
shoulders. “You can be the mountain for our castle!" announces a boy
with tousled blond hair. “No, he's the bridge over the moat," argues
another, already beginning to dig around my hands. They work with
focused energy, using my body as both furniture and landscape. Sand
piles along my spine, trickles down my sides. Small fingers press
shells into the mounds forming on my back. I remain frozen in position,
arms trembling slightly with the effort of holding myself up. Brad and
his friends settle on a nearby bench, watching with evident
satisfaction. Alex stretches out his legs, crossing them at the ankle.
“Dude," Carl whispers, loud enough for me to hear. "His hairless
butthole is, like, right there for everyone to see."
My face
burns hotter than the sand beneath my palms. I try to clench my
muscles, knowing it's useless, knowing the position leaves nothing to
the imagination. The humiliation sinks deeper than any physical
discomfort possibly could. “Make sure to build all around him," Brad
calls to the children. "Use all of him for your castle." Obediently,
the little ones expand their construction zone. One begins packing sand
against my sides, another works beneath my stomach. Small hands press
uncomfortably close to my genitals, the children unaware of
inappropriate boundaries, interested only in their creation. “Look what
I'm making!" cries one boy, proudly indicating a tower of sand he's
built on my lower back, directly above my buttocks. "It's the tallest
tower ever!"
"Good job," Brad calls, voice thick with suppressed laughter. "Try building one on his head too."
A
group of teenage girls walks along the shoreline, their steps faltering
when they spot me. I hear their whispers, see their pointing fingers
from the corner of my eye. One girl—someone I might have approached
with confidence just a week ago—covers her mouth, eyes wide with shock
or amusement or disgust. Perhaps all three.
"Isn't that the boy from the talent show?" she asks her friend, voice carrying clearly over the children's chatter.
"Yeah, looks like he's been demoted to playing in the sand with real little boys now."
Their
laughter stings worse than the sand grinding into my knees. I close my
eyes, but it doesn't help. More footsteps approach—a group of boys this
time, their snickers sharper, crueler. “Hey doggy," one calls. "Fetch
me a stick!"
“Nah, he's not a dog today," his friend corrects. “He's furniture."
Brad
watches my humiliation unfold with evident satisfaction. "Crawl forward
a little, Trent," he instructs loudly. "The kids need more room for
their moat." I obey, shuffling forward on hands and knees, the movement
causing sand to slide from my back. The children protest, then quickly
adapt, rebuilding their fallen towers with fresh enthusiasm. “Make
tunnel!" demands a small voice, and tiny hands begin digging beneath my
stomach, dangerously close to my exposed groin. I shift uncomfortably,
but there's nowhere to move that doesn't expose me further. “Stay
still," Brad calls. "You're ruining their fun." I freeze again,
surrendering to whatever indignities await. The small boy digging
beneath me reaches deeper into his tunnel, his tiny fingers
accidentally brushing against my bald exposed genitals. I flinch but
remain still as stone. His hand grazes me again, this time lingering as
he scoops sand away. My body betrays me with an immediate physical
response. The boy pulls back, peering under with innocent curiosity.
“Look," he announces to his friends, "His peepee is getting bigger!"
Another child ducks down to see, pointing with scientific interest.
"It's standing up now!" he exclaims with a giggle. "Is it supposed to
do that?"
Their untroubled faces show only wonder, not
understanding the mortification coursing through me like electricity.
The question, so innocent and so cutting, echoes in the open air and
draws immediate attention among the cluster of children. In the
shifting sunlight, their faces—so unblemished, so guileless—register
only open curiosity and no comprehension of the electric mortification
that sizzles through every vein of my body. I freeze, as if the
simplest movement will cement my disgrace even further, but my
traitorous body has already provided the spectacle. The little boy,
emboldened, inches closer for a better look, as do two of his friends.
Their hands hover, uncertain, as if my exposed anatomy is a rare and
fascinating insect. "Mine doesn't do that," says another, with a tone
of admiration and envy. "Maybe when we're older?" offers a third, older
by perhaps a year, his voice tinged with the authority of playground
wisdom.
Brad’s crew erupts at once—Alex’s snorting, breathless
laugh, Carl’s high-pitched cackle, Dean’s deliberate, slow clap, each
note more humiliating than the last. The girls strolling the shore
double over with laughter, their whispers crescendoing into shrieks.
"Oh my god, he’s actually hard," one of them shouts, not even trying
for subtlety. The counselor glances up from her book, mildly alarmed,
but Brad is quick, intercepting her with a wave and a comment about how
silly boys can be. She shakes her head and returns to her reading,
oblivious to the true carnage unfolding at her feet.
"Looks like someone really likes being a castle," Carl calls, his teeth bared in a wolfish grin.
"Or maybe he just likes crawling around for little kids," Alex adds, voice syrupy with spite.
"Hey,
don’t judge," Brad says, loud and gleeful. "Trent’s just an eager
helper. Aren’t you, Trent?" He doesn’t even need to touch me for the
collar to constrict around my throat. My answer is the silence, the red
bloom in my cheeks, the way my eyes fix on the sand immediately in
front of me. I want to sink through the earth, to become the sand
itself. But the children continue their work, wholly uninterested in my
agony. They heap new piles of sand atop my back, decorate my spine with
shells and pebbles, chatter about whether my ribs make a better rampart
or drawbridge. My erection, now a fixed point of fascination, becomes a
landmark in their landscape; one boy even tries to drape a wet strand
of lakeweed over it, giggling at his own ingenuity.
Above all of
this, the laughter of teenagers intensifies. The division between
observer and spectacle is absolute—I am the animal in a too-small cage,
performing tricks for the amusement of my keepers. Each sound of
derision, every gasp and guffaw from the passing campers, is a lash
across my soul. Still, no one rescues me. The counselor, the only adult
in this world, is lost in her paperback, and I am left to the mercy of
hands small and large, innocent and cruel. There is a moment—just a
moment—when the sun strikes the sand in a way that almost blinds me,
and I feel the world contract to nothing but heat and humiliation. My
arms tremble, but I do not collapse. I persist, a living playground, a
thing to be climbed and mocked. That innocence makes this somehow worse
than the deliberate cruelty of Brad and his friends. These children, in
their unknowing participation, highlight how completely I've been
stripped of humanity. They don't see anything wrong with using me as
furniture because that's what I've become—a thing, not a person.
More
sand piles on my back, more teenagers pass by with pointed fingers and
cruel laughter. Brad watches it all, his smile never fading, his eyes
drinking in every moment of my degradation like fine wine. After what
feels like hours, the children's interest in their living sandcastle
finally wanes. Brad gives them some excuse about me needing abreak, and
they scatter to new diversions along the shoreline. My arms shake with
fatigue, shoulders burning from supporting my weight and their
creations for so long. At least my humiliating erection has finally
subsided, leaving only shame in its wake. Sand clings to every inch of
my skin, working its way into crevices where it scratches and
irritates. As the last child moves away, I attempt to rise, muscles
screaming in protest after being locked in the same position for so
long. I manage to get one knee up, preparing to stand, when a new voice
cuts through my foggy exhaustion.
"Hey! Do you want to be my
partner?" I turn to see a boy of about ten or eleven years old standing
beside me, his gangly frame casting a thin shadow across the sand. His
knees jut out like small boulders on stilts, elbows sharp enough to
slice bread. A constellation of cinnamon freckles spreads across his
nose, which peels slightly from sunburn. A stubborn cowlick launches
his sandy-blond hair skyward at the crown, the surrounding strands
still dark and plastered to his scalp from someone's futile attempt to
tame it with lake water. His face beams with the unguarded hopefulness
only younger boys can muster. The blue wristband encircling his thin
wrist identifies him as part of the middle age group at camp, the
plastic already faded from chlorine and sun. His naked body reveals
every rib when he inhales, his shoulder blades like nascent wings, his
pale stomach slightly protruding above stick-thin legs. Between those
twiggy thighs hangs something that makes my eyes widen
involuntarily—for a blue wristband boy, he's startlingly well-endowed,
the size incongruous with his more childish frame. I glance down at
myself, feeling a flush of inadequacy creep up my neck. Although he is
naked as he has no pubic hair, his penis is already longer and thicker
than mine and his scrotum is hanging down low with heavy looking
testicles. My own equipment suddenly seems laughably small in
comparison, and I shift my stance slightly, fighting the urge to cover
myself with my hands.
"For what?" I ask, my voice rough from disuse.
"The
wheelbarrow race!" He points toward a grassy area where counselors are
setting up a course with orange cones. "It's starting in five minutes.
I need a partner, and all the other big kids already have partners."
Before
I can respond—before I can form any excuse or gentle rejection—Brad
materializes beside us, his shadow falling across my sand-crusted skin.
“He'd be delighted," Brad announces, hand landing heavy on my shoulder.
"Wouldn't you, Trent?" The question isn't really a question. We both
know this. I look up at Brad, searching his face for mercy and finding
none. Only that familiar gleam of anticipation, of hunger for my next
humiliation.
"I—" I begin, but Brad's fingers dig into my flesh,
a warning. “He's perfect for a wheelbarrow race," Brad continues,
addressing the boy. “Strong arms. Light legs. You'll make a great
team." The boy beams, relief washing over his features. "Awesome! We’ll
be in the blue-green division. We race right after the little kids
finish."
Brad's smile widens. "Perfect. Go tell the counselor
you have a partner. We'll be right over there soon. In case the
Councilors want to know, your new partners name is Trent Roussel and
he’s fourteen years old. What’s your name?”
“Max Fox” he excitedly replies as he scampers off,
Brad's grip on my shoulder tightens. "Get up," he orders. "And don't even think about trying to get out of this."
“Please,"
I whisper, sand falling from my body as I rise unsteadily to my feet.
"I've done everything you asked. Not this." Brad leans close, his
breath hot against my ear. "You're going to do exactly what I say with
a big smile on your face. Or would you rather everyone at school sees
those pictures I saved from my phone?" The threat hangs between us,
heavy and unavoidable. I close my eyes briefly, searching for strength
that no longer exists. When I open them, Brad is watching me with
clinical interest, cataloguing each fragment of my breakdown.
"Let's
go," he says, voice light with anticipation. "Your partner's waiting."
Alex, Dean, and Carl fall in behind us as we walk toward the race
course. They exchange excited whispers, placing bets on how completely
I'll humiliate myself. Their voices carry just enough for me to catch
fragments—"fall on his face" and "everyone will see" and "best one yet."
The
race area swarms with campers of all ages. Counselors with clipboards
organize children into heats while spectators gather along the sides of
the course. My stomach twists when I realize the route—a winding path
through one of the busiest sections of camp, past the dining hall and
main office, ending at the central pavilion. The most public, populated
route possible. My new partner Max waves enthusiastically when he spots
us. I walk toward him on wooden legs, each step heavy with dread. Brad
and his friends position themselves at the starting line, prime viewing
spots for what's to come.
"Because of your age we’re in the
third heat," Max informs me. "Do you know how to do a wheelbarrow?
You’re more muscular than me, so I'll hold your legs, and you walk on
your hands." I nod mutely. I know exactly what that position
entails—and exactly how exposed I'll be. The wheelbarrow position will
leave me inverted like some obscene display, my bald genitals dangling
visibly beneath me, catching the harsh midday sunlight. My buttocks
will point skyward, pale half-moons aimed at the cloudless blue, while
my smooth legs spread awkwardly wide by the boy's grip. Every step on
my palms will cause a humiliating bounce, a pendulum swing of my most
intimate boy parts. The knowledge burns through me that behind me, this
younger boy will have an unobstructed view of everything—my exposed,
puckered hole and my smooth, hairless scrotum hanging vulnerably
between my trembling thighs. My face will hover inches from the rough
ground, cheeks burning crimson as I struggle to distribute my weight
evenly across my sweating palms.
"Let's practice!" Max suggests,
unaware of my torment. Under Brad's watchful eye, I lower myself to the
ground. The boy moves behind me, grabbing my ankles and lifting my
legs. The position is instantly, exquisitely humiliating. Blood rushes
to my head as I support my upper body on trembling arms. My naked front
hangs completely exposed, vulnerable to any passing gaze. The collar
around my throat feels tighter in this inverted position, the leather
cutting into my skin with each labored breath. The blood rushes to my
head as the boy lifts my legs higher, sand cascading from my body into
my hair and eyes. The leather collar digs painfully into my throat,
constricting as gravity pulls everything downward.
"Not too high," I gasp, my face burning crimson. "I—I can't balance. The collar—"
Brad
steps forward, smirking. "Let me help with that," he says, fingers
working the buckle at my neck. The collar falls away. "There. Now
you're truly naked for the race."
"Sorry!" Max says as he adjusts his grip, lowering my legs slightly. "Is that better?"
It
isn't. Nothing about this is better. But I nod anyway, my arms already
trembling under my weight, sweat beading along my hairline and dripping
onto the grass below my face. My throat constricts as I register the
growing audience—a semicircle of curious onlookers forming around us
like spectators at a zoo exhibit. Other racers practice nearby in
matched pairs, their laughter carrying across the field, but many have
stopped their preparations to stare at the spectacle I've become—a
naked, fourteen-year-old green wristband boy suspended upside-down,
genitals dangling freely beneath me, buttocks pointed skyward, held
aloft by a boy much younger than my age, whose innocent face shows no
awareness of my complete mortification.
"Look at teapot boy,"
someone calls. "Found a new talent!" Laughter ripples through the
crowd. I stare at the ground inches from my face, counting blades of
grass, focusing on anything but the eyes burning into my exposed body.
A whistle blows. The first heat begins—the youngest children racing
amid cheers and encouragement. I remain in position, the boy
occasionally adjusting his grip on my ankles, each shift sending fresh
waves of vulnerability through me. When the second heat finishes, a
counselor calls our heat to the starting line.
"Remember," Brad
calls as we pass, "Head up, back straight. We want everyone to see your
face." The boy guides me to our position, innocently unaware of the
true purpose behind this participation. Other pairs line up beside us,
most are appropriately matched in size and age. I alone stand out, a
naked boy with a green wristband, making a mockery of the innocent
competition. The whistle blows. Max grips my ankles tightly and pushes
forward. I scramble to coordinate my hands, to bear my weight while
moving forward. Each "step" with my hands sends jolts of pain through
my wrists, arms already fatigued from hours as a human sandcastle.
"Go!
Go! Faster!" Max urges, his excitement genuine. I struggle forward,
each movement an exercise in humiliation. My genitals dangle visibly as
we move, swinging with each awkward step. People line the course, their
faces blurring into a gallery of mockery. Some point openly, others
cover their mouths in shock or amusement. I hear snatches of commentary
as we pass.
"Isn't that the kid from the talent show?"
"That blue wristband boy doesn’t look much different in development to the green wristband boy!”
"God, you can see everything on that wheelbarrow boy!"
Brad
and his friends have positioned themselves at a bend on the course. As
we approach, they call out encouragement—not to help, but to heighten
my degradation. “Higher!" Brad shouts to Max. "Lift his legs higher!"
Max complies, hoisting my legs upward until I'm nearly vertical, my
face inches from the dirt, my bald naked front completely exposed to
everyone ahead of us. I struggle to maintain balance, arms trembling
with the effort.
"I can't—" I gasp, but my words are lost in the
general noise of the race. We continue our awkward progress, falling
steadily behind the other racers. My arms give out twice, sending me
crashing to the ground while my partner waits patiently for me to
resume position. Each fall and subsequent rise offers fresh
entertainment to the spectators, new angles of my exposed body for
their amusement. By the time we reach the final stretch, I finally find
my rhythm, my hands moving with unexpected coordination. Behind me Max
cheers as we surge forward, overtaking one team, then another and then
all the other teams. We cross the finish line first, Max whooping with
joy. He lowers my legs, his face flushed with excitement rather than
disappointment.
"We won!" he exclaims, bouncing on his toes.
Before I can process this new humiliation, Brad appears at our side,
hand landing heavily on my shoulder. "Congratulations," he says, voice
pitched for others to hear. "They need you on the podium for the heat
winners photo. It'll be in the village newspaper."
I stand on
shaky legs, sand and dirt clinging to my hands and chest, sweat
dripping from my brow. My muscles scream with fatigue, my skin burns
with shame. But Brad's eyes brook no disobedience.
"Thank you
for letting me be your partner," I manage, the words hollow and foreign
in my mouth. "It was... an unexpected opportunity."
Max’s face beams with excitement. "We are a great team, next time I’m choosing you again for sure!"
Next
time. The words send a fresh chill through me. But there will be no
next time. There can't be a next time. I'm led to the wooden podium
where the race officials wait, three tiered platforms arranged before a
small crowd of onlookers. Max and I are directed to the highest
platform, where we stand exposed above everyone. The four other blue
wristband boys take their places on the other platforms. One is dressed
the other three are naked. All three are younger than me but they make
me feel small, as I notice that their development at least equals mine
and in the case of one of the naked boys, surpasses my development,
just like Max. The camp manager steps forward with a camera, explaining
cheerfully that the photo will appear in the camp newspaper and remain
displayed at reception "For the entire summer." A camp counselor
approaches with medals for each winner, holding mine a moment too long
before finally draping it over my bare neck. The cold metal disc
settles against my chest, the ribbon sliding against my skin as I stand
motionless for the camera's flash. When the photo is taken, Brad steps
forward from the front row, that familiar glint in his eyes as he
reaches for my medal, adjusting it with deliberate fingers that linger
too long.
"You're filthy," he announces as I step down, loud
enough for those nearby to hear. "Time to get you cleaned up." Brad's
grip on my arm tightens as he steers me away from Max and the race
course, past curious onlookers who continue to stare and whisper. My
body aches from the wheelbarrow race. My neck feels strangely light
without the collar that Brad had removed. Sand still clings to my skin
everywhere, grinding into my flesh with each step, dirt caking my palms
and knees. "Shower time," Brad announces, loud enough for nearby
campers to hear. "Can't have you tracking filth into the bungalow." We
head toward the central bathroom facility, a large concrete building
with separate sections for different age groups. My steps falter as I
realize where we're going—not the private stalls I've been using, but
the open communal showers of the main bathroom.
"Please," I whisper, the word barely audible. "Not there."
Brad's
smile doesn't reach his eyes. "You're covered in sand. We need proper
facilities to get you clean." Alex, Dean, and Carl follow close behind,
their anticipation palpable. I feel their excitement like a physical
presence, pressing against my back as we approach the building's
entrance.
"Look at you," Brad says, voice pitched for their
entertainment. "Sand in every crack. Filthy as a little boy who doesn't
know how to clean himself." We push through the heavy door into the
boys' bathroom. The space buzzes with activity—a shift change between
afternoon activities has filled the room with boys of various ages.
Some stand at sinks, brushing teeth or washing hands. Others move
between lockers, gathering toiletries. Several occupy the row of open
shower heads along the back wall, rinsing off chlorine from the pool.
Conversations
dim momentarily as we enter, eyes turning toward us—toward me—before
resuming with a new undertone. I hear my name whispered, see fingers
pointing discreetly. The talent show. The teapot boy. My shame has
become common knowledge, a shared story that spreads through the camp
like infection. Brad leads me towards the open shower area. He selects
the centermost shower head, directly under the brightest light, in full
view of everyone. Not the end of the row where I might have at least
one side shielded, but dead center, a stage for my next humiliation.
"Stand
here," he commands, positioning me under the shower head. Boys nearby
glance over, their washing slowing as they register what's happening.
Some of the naked boys are green wristband boys but unlike me they have
pubes, some with only a relatively sparse thin scattering whilst others
have thick mature looking bushes, but they all have that all important
symbol of maturity here at camp sunshine. Brad turns to address the
room at large, his voice carrying over the sound of running water. “My
cousin is incapable of washing himself properly," he announces, as if
explaining a medical condition. "He needs supervision to get properly
clean. Camp regulations for red band cases." as he taps my red
wristband significantly. The lie flows easily from his lips, confident
enough that no one questions it. A counselor passing through pauses,
frowning slightly, but continues on his way without intervention. No
one wants to involve themselves in something they don't understand,
especially when presented with such authoritative certainty.
Brad
turns the water on. Cold spray hits my skin, a shock that makes me
gasp. He adjusts the temperature slowly, watching my discomfort with
clinical interest. “Arms up," he orders. "Legs apart. We need to get
every inch clean." I obey mechanically, raising my arms and spreading
my legs into a star position that leaves me completely exposed. The
position forces my back to arch slightly, pushing my groin forward.
Water streams down my body, washing away some of the sand but none of
the shame.
"See how much dirt he's collected?" Brad says to the
growing audience. "This is why proper supervision is necessary." He
reaches for a bar of soap from a nearby dish, then begins to wash me
with methodical thoroughness. My face burns as his fingers—the same
fingers that had thrown footballs to me in gym class last
semester—slide over my shoulders. I can't look at him, can't bear to
see the smirk I know is there as his hands circle my bare chest. Alex
and Carl nudge each other nearby, snickering. "Dude, it's like washing
a little kid," Alex stage-whispers, and I feel myself shrink further.
My cousin—my blood—touching me like I'm nothing more than a prop in his
show, a mannequin to be positioned and scrubbed while half the camp
watches.
"Notice how his muscles are still fairly lean despite
all those swim team practices back home,"" Brad narrates, his voice
taking on an educational tone. "Typical of delayed adolescence." Three
of the green wristband boys with pubes have stopped their own showers
to watch. They exchange glances, then settle in to observe the
spectacle. One leans against a tiled wall, arms crossed over his chest,
making no attempt to cover his hairy genitals. “What's with the red
band?" he asks, nodding toward my wrist where the plastic circle cuts
into my skin.
Brad's hands never pause in their methodical
washing. "Part of his discipline regime. Special handling requirements
for problem cases."
The boy nods as if this makes perfect sense.
"Tough luck, man," he says to me, though his tone suggests fascination
rather than sympathy.
Brad's hands move lower, across my
stomach, his fingers pressing firmly into my skin. He pauses at my
navel, making a show of inspecting my abdomen. "Notice the complete
smoothness," he comments, tracing a deliberate line down my stomach.
"Not a single hair anywhere. Just like a little boy." The soap slips
from his hands, landing at my feet. "Pick it up," he orders. I bend to
retrieve it, presenting my backside to the growing audience behind me.
Laughter ripples through the room, followed by a wolf whistle that
burns my ears with fresh humiliation.
“Nice view!" someone calls out.
Brad
takes the soap from my trembling hands. "Back in position," he
commands. "Arms up, legs apart." I resume the humiliating stance, water
still cascading over my body. Brad continues his narration as he washes
my sides, my back, moving gradually lower. Notice the narrow hips, the
smoothness of the gluteal muscles," he says, hands moving over my
buttocks with clinical detachment. "Again, consistent with delayed
development." More boys gather to watch. The bathroom has grown crowded
with faces, word apparently spreading about the show in progress. I
scan desperately for an adult counselor—anyone with authority who might
intervene—but see only the hungry eyes of other campers younger, my age
and older. I keep my gaze fixed on the tiled wall before me, unable to
meet their stares, feeling their presence like a physical weight
pressing down, heavier than the water pounding my skin. Brad's hands
move to between my legs. I flinch as his fingers touch me there for the
first time in our lives, a violation that marks the final battle in our
lifelong war—one I've just catastrophically lost. My stomach clenches
with a sickening lurch as he washes my genitals with exaggerated
thoroughness, his clinical touch somehow worse than if he'd been rough.
The years of careful stalemate between us totally collapse in this
moment of absolute surrender. "Complete absence of pubic hair," he
announces, his voice echoing against the tile, victory ringing in every
syllable. "Typically, boys begin developing what is called secondary
sex characteristics between twelve and fourteen. Some, however,
experience significant delays."
To my horror, my body begins to
respond to the touch—an involuntary physical reaction completely
disconnected from my emotional state. Brad lingers, scrubbing my
previously most private boy parts with slow, deliberate circles, as if
determined to prolong this moment. His fingers trace the same path
again and again, a cruel smile playing at the corners of his mouth.
Blood rushes to my groin despite my desperate attempts to control it.
Brad notices immediately, his eyes gleaming with cruel satisfaction.
“Interesting,"
he says, voice pitched for maximum carry. "Sometimes underdeveloped
little boys experience inappropriate arousal due to their inability to
control basic bodily functions." The shame is complete, absolute. My
body's betrayal laid bare for everyone to see. Tears mix with shower
water on my face as I stand rigid, unable to hide my unwanted reaction,
unable to escape the smooth hands that continue their methodical
violation of my dignity.
"Dude, he's getting hard while his cousin washes him," someone says, disgust evident in his tone. "That's messed up."
"Probably why he has the red band," another responds. "Some kind of pervert."
Brad's
hands move across my chest, his fingertips circling deliberately. I
feel my nipples harden against my will, betraying me further. His eyes
narrow with cruel interest as he notices, and he begins to focus there,
rubbing with methodical precision. Each touch sends involuntary pulses
through my lower body. I bite my lip hard, but a small sound escapes
anyway—a noise I've never made before, somewhere between a gasp and a
whimper. "See?" Brad announces to the gathered audience, his voice
clinical yet triumphant. "This is exactly why supervision is necessary.
He clearly doesn't understand appropriate behavior." Brad's fingers
slide lower again, pale against my flushed skin, deliberately pulling
back my foreskin with a slow, practiced motion while maintaining
unwavering eye contact with the audience.
My body betrays me
further as he continues his clinical examination, his thumb circling
the exposed, glistening tip with methodical precision, each movement
sending electric jolts up my spine. I bite my lip until I taste copper
as he moves to cup and weigh what hangs beneath, his touch both
detached and invasive, his palm cool and smooth against the most
vulnerable part of me. A violent shudder runs through me—unwanted,
unstoppable—from my scalp to my toes, as my breathing quickens against
my will, coming in shallow, ragged gasps that echo off the shower
tiles. I try to quell them, clamping my teeth shut, but the involuntary
noises wrack my throat—thin, pathetic, like a wounded animal. The sound
bounces from ceramic to concrete, impossibly loud in the hush that has
fallen over the bathroom, punctuated only by the slap and squelch of
soapy skin under Brad's deliberately manipulative hands.
I focus
on the floor beneath my feet, on the hairline fractures in the tile,
the erratic swirl of the water as it races toward the central drain,
the grit of sand refusing to yield even under the relentless wash. If I
can just fixate on these details, perhaps I can dissolve into
nothing—become a stain, a puddle, the residue of a humiliation. But
Brad will not allow even this meager escape. His hands work across my
thighs, each pass methodical, impersonally thorough, like a scientist
preparing a specimen for dissection. He doesn't linger unnecessarily,
but neither does he hurry. His face hovers beside my ear, voice pitched
low for me alone: "You need to hold still, or you'll get rinsed off
before you're clean."
I shudder at the warm pulse of his breath,
and the shudder travels down my torso, pooling where his hands resume
their work. He uses the soap bar like a tool, gliding it along my skin
with brisk, circular motions, every touch a fresh affirmation of my
helplessness. The crowd has thickened behind him, a semicircle of boys
pressed in close, all pretense of indifference or decorum vanished.
Carl and Alex have drifted to the front, curiosity morphing into
outright glee; the older boys hang back, their interest more reserved,
but their eyes are locked on the spectacle, flicking between my body
and Brad's face. The youngest campers, their spindly arms clutching
towels, linger at the periphery, spellbound and silent, as if
witnessing a public execution. Every head is turned toward me, every
pair of eyes magnifying the red heat crawling across my cheeks and
chest.
"His dick is turning purple," someone snickers.
"Bet he does this every day at home," another pipes up.
Brad
ignores them, or perhaps feeds off their attention, using it as fuel
for his performance. He finishes with my groin and moves to my legs,
kneeling so his face is suddenly level with my crotch. The position is
obscene, and the crowd reacts with a sharp, collective inhale. Brad
uses his palm to press my thigh outward, forcibly spreading my legs to
access the inside. I feel his fingers graze my scrotum as he passes,
and my knees buckle slightly, forcing me to catch myself on the slick
wall. The humiliation is a living thing now, a parasite thrumming
beneath my skin. My body is caught in a tug-of-war: my brain screams
for flight, for the dignity of withdrawal, but my blood thrums to the
surface, nerves firing in bright, traitorous fireworks. I try to think
of anything else—math class, the color of the lockers, the taste of
meatloaf from the mess hall—but Brad's ministrations are all-consuming,
turning my mind to static. I don't even notice what happens next until
the laughter crests into a tidal roar.
“That’s not shower water, he’s leaking," Carl cackles, voice breaking with excitement. "Is that, like, normal?"
I
look down and see a clear drop beading at the tip of my erection,
glinting in the harsh fluorescent light. The sight nearly undoes me; I
would collapse if not for my pride's last desperate grip on my muscles.
Hands over mouths, faces contorted in disbelief and derision, the crowd
is rapt, transfixed by my shame. Brad, meanwhile, keeps a steady hand,
using a finger to wipe away the fluid before resuming his work as if
this, too, is simply part of the process. The water is now running hot,
fogging the mirrors and dampening the air until it feels thick and
heavy. Brad stands and begins to scrub my chest again, methodically
circling my nipples. Each touch pulses through my body, my skin so
hypersensitive that even the briefest contact ignites a fresh surge of
blood below my waist. My erection stands out rudely against my pelvis,
throbbing with each involuntary flinch. I hear my own breathing,
frantic and uneven, as I fight the impulse to cover myself with my
hands.
"Jesus, dude, what are you, a sex maniac?" one of the older boys teases, but not without a trace of awe.
Brad
answers for me. "It's a documented side effect of late development.
Sometimes the body's hormones can't keep up with the brain. He's not in
control of himself." His tone is authoritative, almost bored, as if
reading from a pamphlet. No one questions it; the logic of authority is
unassailable in this place. He rinses the last suds from my skin, then
steps behind me, hands now at my shoulders. He grips firmly, guiding me
to a quarter-turn so the crowd can see me in profile. The audience
hushes, waiting for the next act. Brad leans in, his lips almost
grazing my ear: "Don't fight it. The more you resist, the longer this
takes." Then, with a final flourish, he turns me by my hips to face the
full audience directly, every part of me exposed and unmistakable. My
erection persists despite my mental anguish, a physical response I
cannot control. Brad finishes washing my front, then turns me to face
the audience while he washes my back. I stand exposed before their
judging eyes, my body's betrayal obvious and humiliating.
"Small
for his age everywhere except there," an older boy comments, provoking
laughter from his friends. "Compensating a little bit?"
"Nah, it's not even that impressive," his friend responds. "Just looks bigger because there's no pubic hair."
Their
casual cruelty cuts deeper than Brad's calculated torment. These
strangers see only what he wants them to see—a pathetic, underdeveloped
deviant who can't control his own body. They don't know me. They don't
know what I was before this week. They see only this—this shell, this
hollow shamed thing.
Brad completes his performance by washing
my hair—or rather, running his hands roughly over my shaved scalp. "All
clean," he announces finally, turning off the water. He doesn't offer
me a towel, leaving me to drip dry in front of the audience. “What do
you say?" he prompts, expectation clear in his voice. I stare at the
floor, water dripping from my chin, my nose, my still-present erection.
The words stick in my throat, too large to pass, too dangerous to hold
back.
"Thank you," I finally whisper, my voice barely audible over the other showers.
"Louder,"
Brad insists. "So everyone can hear how grateful you are." I raise my
head slightly, eyes still fixed on the wet floor.
“Thank you for taking such good care of me," I say, each word a stone in my stomach.
The
bathroom has fallen strangely quiet, the typical chatter subdued as
everyone watches this final humiliation. My erection remains stubbornly
rigid, the clear fluid continuing to bead at the tip and occasionally
drip to the wet floor beneath me, each droplet another small death of
whatever dignity I once possessed.
"You're welcome," Brad
responds magnanimously. "That's what family is for—taking care of those
who can't take care of themselves." He gestures toward the door,
indicating that this performance is complete. As I walk on unsteady
legs through the gathered crowd, their eyes follow—some curious, some
disgusted, some pitying. None seeing me as I once was. None seeing
anything but what Brad has made me.
Outside, the afternoon sun
continues to shine, indifferent to what has transpired. Brad walks
beside me, satisfaction radiating from him in almost visible waves. We
move toward the bungalow, my wet body cooling rapidly in the breeze. My
erection hasn't subsided; if anything, it's more insistent now,
throbbing with each step. One week without privacy, without release—my
body doesn't understand shame, only need. In the shower, I'd been
seconds from begging Brad to turn away, to give me just ten seconds of
privacy. My mind empties of everything except two terrible truths: this
ache has no resolution, and this day is merely one in a string of days
stretching endlessly before me.
